Gregory Pouchet Biography

Gregory became a Certified Rolfer® in 1991. Before that, he was a professional classical ballet dancer with the Bavarian State Opera House in Munich and performed as a guest dancer in other companies.

Continuing education and research included dissection, visceral manipulation, Structural Integration i.e. Rolfing, anatomy, biomechanics, physiology, cognitive science, kinesiology, psychology, phenomenology, phenomenology of perception and psychology.

Based on the principles of the above mentioned disciplines, he began to design exercise equipment. His quest was and still is to provide tools for his clients to help themselves. Inventions arise from years of expertise and he is constantly developing new ideas. Exercises and equipment have been developed with the goal of achieving physical wellbeing and mind-body integration.
